About the Proxy Home Watch Project
Proxy Home Watch, the premiere Home Watch company for high-value second homes in Western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina, engaged intrinzik Creative Consulting in late 2020 to provide and develop strategic positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies for their newly acquired business. The new Proxy owners knew they could grow; they needed help to develop a simple clear message and tactics to broaden their reach. The intrinzik mission was to align all marketing with Proxy’s new business goals.
How We Helped Proxy
Proxy’s weaknesses were: no focused marketing, no sales plan for real expansion, a weak website and graphic branding, and no systems. We first set out to discover their opportunities, the current business climate, and the Proxy brand reputation. We quickly learned Proxy exceeded expectations at every level of service. They were professional in every aspect and very knowledgeable. It was clear that Proxy was underdeveloped and could easily expand into other markets. The intrinzik team worked closely with Proxy on new marketing, new branding, and a new business development strategy. We overhauled their brand logo, website, and brand message. We created marketing materials to present the features and benefits of Proxy services for the homeowners and the realtors.
Proxy was diligent in identifying its priorities and sticking to the Growth Strategy that was developed. Their new branding and messaging are clear, their team is strong. They continue to see double-digit growth as they expanded into new geographies in WNC and SC.
